The weekly prices for 2007 are:
For June, July and August as well as the end of December - 415 Euro,
For May and September - 350 Euro
For the rest of the year - 300 Euro.
For short stays( less than 5 days) it is possible to rent the flat for 68 Euro per night.
The prices are net and including all charges.
