This flat is located in the same building than the flat N1. The City Hall is only 5min away and there are different amenities in very close distance. If you rent this flat you won't need any public transport to discover the city` s centre.

The flat is composed of a  living room with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom where you will find a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has an entrance to a balcony overlooking the boulevard Slivnitza and the living room have an entrance to the terrace where you can sit and have a meal. This terrace overlooks a calm and spacious rear yard. The flat accommodates 2 -4 persons.

Bed linens and towels are provided.

rates for the season 2007:

For the months June, July and August as well as the end of December - 300 Euro per week

For the months May and September - 275 Euro per week

The rest of the year - 250 Euro per week

For shorter stays( less than 5 days) it is possible also to rent the flat for 40 Euro/day

The prices are net and including all charges.
